David is originally from North Wales in the United Kingdom. He traveled to the United States to pursue academic and athletic success in college. During his time in Wales, David was a regular on the national team both in cross county and on the roads. He holds the U23 North Wales 10k record at 30:03 and regularly topped the Welsh 5k and 10k yearly rankings on the road. He has raced in countries, such as, Italy and Belgium, as well as, racing and training in Portugal.
During his time in America, David ran 4 years at Oklahoma City University and won 2 National titles in cross country. He achieved 11 All-American placings in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. While at OCU, he gained a bachelors of science in sport science and has set 3 school records, in the outdoor 3k, 5k and the 10k. He continues his running to this day and is aiming at a sub 14:00 5k in the next year, making him an ideal training partner as well as coach at any level.
David brings coaching and personal training training experience from his career in the U.K and has worked with top coaches from both his country and in the U.S. David has gaining valuable knowledge on what works best when trying to push yourself to achieve your goals and get personal bests at all distances. After training with Olympic level athletes in the U.K and working with a coach who has gained numerous national titles this has allowed him to further his knowledge and planning.
David has certifications/degrees in personal training, kettle bell conditioning, sports leader award, bachelor of science, power plate conditioning, national diploma in sport coaching and nutrition.

Matt Aguero, a native of Poteau, Oklahoma, has been a collegiate coach for the past 14 years. He is currently the head coach at Oklahoma City University. His teams have had many accomplishments including 20 individual national champions, 69 all-American honors, 117 national meet qualifiers and 102 all-conference performers.
Coach Aguero fell in love with running while in high school. He still holds the 1600 meter and 5000 meter records for the Poteau Pirate track team and in 2012 was inducted into the Poteau High School Athletics Hall of Fame. Although a good runner in high school he didn't step up his running to the next level until he began competing in college at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. While there he was all-region in cross country, academic all-conference, a three time qualifier for the Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the marathon and he still holds the school record in that event.
After graduating from ECU with a degree in Health,Physical Education, and Recreation, Coach Aguero spent one year in Minot, North Dakota at Minot State University before returning to ECU to earn a master's degree in Sports Administration. While at Minot State he got to work with legendary coach, Scott Simmons, who helped Aguero take his running to even another level. Aguero not only qualified for the Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the marathon, but he finished 3rd, earning him all-American honors and set a school record of 2:31:15, which still stands today.
Coach Aguero then took an assistant coaching position at Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, VA, where Scott Simmons had taken over the head coaching position after resigning at Minot State. Coach Aguero helped push VIC to the 2004 NAIA men's cross country national title in just its second year of existence, as well as runner-up team finishes at both the Indoor and Outdoor Track National Championships. Coach Aguero not only coaches, but he still trains and races. In 2005, Coach Aguero had an amazing come from behind victory at the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon and finished in a time of 2:31:41. He has run several ultra marathons and over 25 marathons including the prestigious Boston Marathon.
